🎨 GoldWave Execution & Screen Layout: Understand at a Glance!

When you first launch GoldWave, two main windows for audio editing will open.

Understanding the role of these two windows will make your GoldWave experience much smoother.

  • Main Window: This is the primary screen where the sound waveform is visually displayed, and actual audio editing tasks are performed.

Initially, both windows might appear merged.

However, you can separate them by clicking the ‘Show Control Window‘ icon at the top.

For beginners, keeping the two windows merged might be more convenient until you become familiar with GoldWave’s functions.
