Please let us know in advance the desired voice, tone, narration style, and pacing. This will help make the process smoother.
If you don’t have specific requests, we will assess the mood of the script and record based on our own judgment.
Once we receive the recording script from the client, we will provide an accurate quote.
After the recording begins, it is difficult to modify the recording style, change the script, or offer refunds.
For 12-point font size A4 page (600 Korean characters excluding spaces) the completion time is up to 3 days.
For longer audiobook reading projects, the schedule will be adjusted through discussion to determine the work period.

We offer one free revision for any changes within a single line of text.
If substantial modifications to the script are requested, additional costs will apply.
Pricing Guide
The cost of recording is based on a 12-point font size A4 page (600 Korean characters excluding spaces) and a single recording artist. The quote may vary depending on the intended use and length of the project.
For longer projects like audiobook recordings, the cost per page can be discounted and adjusted. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
Non-profit recording: For personal use, such as graduation projects, personal UCCs, or other personal works that are not used externally for commercial purposes.

Refund Policy
Once the recording work has started, a full refund is not possible due to simple change of mind or reasons attributable to the client.
However, if the cancellation occurs during the planning stage before the recording work begins, a refund of up to 80% of the payment is possible.
If the cancellation is due to failure to meet the deadline or negligence in the work, for which the expert is responsible, a full refund will be provided.
